Biography
Adam Grass is a Michigan-based early childhood education leader with extensive experience operating licensed childcare programs, developing ECE workforce training, and building institutional partnerships that advance quality care for young children. As the founder and operator of Heritage Hollow Childcare Centers, Adam has direct hands-on experience managing licensed childcare facilities and supervising early childhood educators across multiple locations.
Adam has partnered with hospital systems to provide specialized childcare programming for healthcare facility staff and families, demonstrating his ability to design and deliver ECE programs that meet the unique needs of diverse institutional environments.
In partnership with the United States Department of Labor and MiWorks, Adam developed and operated a formal registered apprenticeship program in early childhood education — bringing structured workforce development and adult instruction to ECE professionals across Michigan. This program reflects Adam's deep commitment to elevating the professional standards of the early childhood workforce.
Adam has also served as a college-level instructor, bringing formal adult education experience to his work developing the ChildWise Learning curriculum. He holds a master's degree and has been formally recognized by both the United States Congress and the United States Senate for his outstanding contributions to the early childhood education field.
